If you’re having an issue with video playback try the following steps:
- Make sure your device is supported.
- Refresh your browser window to restart the stream (You may have to refresh after purchasing or logging in once the stream goes live).
- Upgrade your browser (Older browsers might not be offering you the premium in speed and security to view this content).
- Try to access the stream from a different browser. We recommend Chrome or Safari.
- Try to stream the video in a new private window on Safari/Safari mobile or new incognito window with Chrome/Chrome mobile?
- Disable ad-block and try to clear your browser's cache and cookies. If the browser you're using or a page you're viewing is displaying problems, try to clear the browser's cache first. If that doesn't fix the problem, try to clear the browser's cookies next.
