There is a known issue in the latest version of Safari that affects the browsers ability to automatically redirect to our streaming page at

If you have issues please try to login from an alternate web browser (Chrome always is best!). If an alternate browser is not an option then we ask that you first try signing in to the streaming page directly. 

If you still have issues try change the following settings on your Safari browser: 

From Desktop:

  1. Click Safari in the file menu
  2. Select Preferences...
  3. Click the Privacy tab
  4. Deselect "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking"
  5. Deselect "Ask websites not to track me"

From Mobile: 

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to Safari and tap it.
  3. Scroll down to "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking."
  4. Toggle it on so it's green.
