We want our fans to have the best experience when watching our events and will happily provide refunds to customers if we are able to determine you were not able to watch the event as a result of technical issues affecting Rough N' Rowdy streaming services.

All requests for refund will be reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis and responded to accordingly. You may request a refund by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject heading “refund” and the reason for your request. If you request to cancel on or after the day of the event, your purchase is nonrefundable.
